Why we chose:
Wonderful Johnson: Wonderful Johnson’s songs have been featured in the television shows Smallville, One Tree Hill, Glory Days, and Prey as well as in the HBO broadcast movie Girl Got Moe. With a line up like that, I want TLP added to the list. After listening to a couple of tracks, I could easily see why they were selected by the shows. Tim, change your bio, put us on the list!
Inborn: This track just kicks ass…and I have soft spot for any music that can include a didjeridu.
Slim: Cortez & Pizarro is just a great rock tune with catchy rhythm, and even catchier chorus, that gets stuck in your head…
To the native people's sorrow Here come Cortez and Pizarro Hernando and Francisco Hacked their way to heaven blow by blow Men of god in Spain they worked for someone else ...in Mexico
teru: teru posts all of his mixes on ccMixter.org and we thought it was an excellent example of sampling/remix. Also, I really dug the message of the spoken word track Everyday Choices from Colin Mutchler.
Shinky: They were the first artist to submit a song from a band that I didn’t recognize. That instantly caught my attention. Needless to say, their timing could NOT have been better when they sent us a song twenty minutes before we finalized the line up. Kyle gets a thumbs up in timing, which is good because he’s a drummer.

David knocked off his soap box and Leo exposed for being a lazy goth kid. All that with interviews and music too!? Good stuff! Bring on the next episode…

Don’t taunt the Rayboy, he might call us at 775-251-3378 and leave us a question to answer on the air.

Great mix of Interviews, banter, and music. Well done. I’ve listened twice already, once for Leo, and once for David. I’ll most likely listen a third time for Miguel as well, but that is to be determined.
Bought the Slim CD as well. Looking forward to the next show.
Welcome to the Family!!

That’s where I heard it first! Such a long time ago. It was a toss up between “Cortez & Pizzaro” and “Deathwish Debbie”.
The other track might make its appearance in some other way in the future…but I think I noted that on the flow chart

Nice inaugural eps. I’ve been unactively looking for a place to get decent business cards from… might have to give Club Flyers a go.

Jdog: I’ve only listened since IR #17, but don’t worry, I’ve spent plenty as a result of your show too….PLENTY
David: I’ve strained my eyes enough on your “flowchart”. I’m going to look for Miguel.

That was too easy.
We have conquered the Tim, released an episode, made funny pictures, and raised quite a fanfare. I think we can retire now.
Thanks guys! Its been great. Come back tomorrow for our “Greatest Hits: Volume 1″
